Going more in depth of the raw food nutrition and Blood sugar regulation, Anti-inflammatory nutrition, Acid/alkaline balance, Food combining for better digestion, Anti-aging and longevity.
Two Hour Coaching/Presenting $210
Evaluation of the health promoting properties of different foods. Women's health and plant-based diets, soy, and xenoestrogens. Candida perspectives. Enzyme theory and enzyme science. Food combining theory and practical applications. Essentials for success with raw foods.
